Maintenance Technician

Experience preferred, must be able to maintain day to day operations of the property, ex. Plumbing repairs, wall repairs and electrical. HVAC along with any prior similar experience is a plus. This job is ideal for someone who is dependable, more reliable than spontaneous, people oriented, enjoys interacting with people .
