About Bold Reuse Bold Reuse operates zero-waste reuse systems that eliminate the harmful environmental, social, and economic impacts of single-use packaging. We work with hospitality venues, restaurants, grocery stores, retail brands, and their customers to provide reusable packaging and the supporting logistics, warehousing, and washing services that enable it to be used and reused safely and sustainably. Position Details We are currently seeking a part time worker for our Operations Associate role who will be responsible for duties necessary for the successful wash and sanitation of reusables, as well as logistics and warehouse activities. This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service. We are located in a warehouse near Chase Field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and looking to make a real impact in their community. Job Type: Part time- Weekend/evening availability may be necessary. Compensation: $19 per hour. Primary Responsibilities: Sort and put reusable material through our sanitization process Prepare reusable items for delivery Collect/Sort returned containers from Bold Reuse and partner drop sites Record process data accurately Help manage inventory at Bold Reuse HQ Perform opening and closing procedures as needed to support Operations and Warehouse Managers Requirements: Current driver’s license and clean driving record Customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations Reliable; consistently at work and on time Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions Must be able to work well with as part of a team Capable of lifting 25-50lbs Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions Closed toe shoes with anti-slip soles. Physical Demands: While performing delivery duties, the employee is required to drive a company box truck, carry clean reusables to vendors and collect containers from our dropsites. While working in the warehouse, employees are required to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to wash, carry, lift and manipulate foodware and glassware. While performing their duties, delivery employees will be required to lift boxes up to 40lbs.
