You'll be:**+ Performing daily background checks in the portal, updating spreadsheets, and notifying recruiters when candidates clear+ Managing new hire onboarding: hiring into HRIM system, sending welcome emails, coordinating IT equipment, updating calendars, and greeting new hires+ Creating badges, performing face scans, collecting I-9 documents, and maintaining records in HRIM system+ Scheduling and conducting New Hire Orientation+ Handling conversions: opening requisitions, following up with managers, sending backgrounds, managing offers, and onboarding conversions+ Processing terminations: updating HRIM system, scheduling exit meetings, collecting paperwork, disabling badges, and coordinating equipment return+ Managing written employment verifications, packets preparation, and leave of absence tracking+ Updating spreadsheets related to workers compensation and injury follow-ups+ Corresponding with managers and benefits regarding injury accommodations and leave status**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**+ Have previous experience in human resources, HR coordination, or HR administration+ Are comfortable working onsite and collaborating with various HR team members+ Possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills+ Are proficient with HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite+ Are detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity**What happens next:**Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
