Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for an Assistant Manager at Trion Properties. The Assistant Manager will provide operational support in managing day-to-day functions of multifamily properties, monitor tenant relations, oversee maintenance requests, and ensure that onsite operations align with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising property staff, tracking budgets, assisting with marketing and leasing efforts, and maintaining financial records to optimize profitability and efficiency. Qualifications Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills to effectively supervise property staff and ensure smooth daily property operations.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and record-keeping with the ability to analyze and interpret financial metrics.Marketing and leasing experience, including a deep understanding of tenant relations and property occupancy strategies.Proficient with property management software Yardi, ElisaAI and tools to support operational workflows.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, team members, and property stakeholders.Problem-solving skills to effectively address operational challenges and resolve tenant issues promptly.A high degree of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.Previous property management experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
