Job Description Job Title:Print Operator (Ricoh 9210 Cut Sheet)Shift: 2nd Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)Pay: Starting at $19/hourTraining: Paid training providedJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Operator to operate a Ricoh 9210 cut sheet printer in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while meeting production deadlines and maintaining equipment efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Ricoh 9210 cut sheet printing equipmentEnsure all print jobs meet quality standards and deadlinesPerform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshootingInspect printed materials for defects and accuracyFollow job tickets and production schedules carefullyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequired SkillsAbility to operate or learn printing/machine equipmentStrong attention to detail and quality controlBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and follow instructions/job ticketsGood time management and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently when neededQualificationsPrevious print production or machine operation experience (preferred)Ability to read and understand EnglishReliable, punctual, and consistent attendanceBilingual (a plus, not required)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods during the shiftLabor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
