Lincoln Surgical Hospital is an innovative healthcare leader dedicated to providing world-class surgical services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our growing team.
Schedule: Full-time (80 hours per pay period). Monday Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Your Role & Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and equipment readiness, ensuring our medical teams have exactly what they need to succeed. Key duties include:
Inventory Control: Lead regular cycle counts and inventories to ensure supplies and equipment are accurately tracked and managed with fiscal responsibility.
Equipment Onboarding: Receive, catalog, and distribute non-IT equipment, ensuring every piece is fully functional before entering service.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and track required maintenance for all equipment, maintaining meticulous service records to ensure safety and compliance.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (required).
Experience in equipment maintenance and physical inventory (preferred).
Proficiency in data entry and computer-based record keeping (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
