As an APRN in our multidisciplinary group, you’ll manage new patient intakes and periodic re-evaluations for individuals recovering from auto or injury-related conditions. You’ll perform focused musculoskeletal exams, prescribe medications and diagnostics, coordinate treatment plans—including therapy, chiropractic care, and specialist referrals—and follow up on patient progress.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical intakes and focused musculoskeletal exams
Document accident and medical history; order diagnostics and prescribe medications
Develop and oversee integrated treatment plans
Collaborate with chiropractors, physicians, and other providers
Perform periodic re-evaluations and update care plans as needed
Use Athena EHR for documentation and telehealth visits
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current, unrestricted APRN license in Florida (autonomous license preferred)
Experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, pain management, or rehabilitation preferred
Strong computer skills (Athena experience a plus)
Team-oriented, adaptable, and patient-centered
Second language proficiency (Spanish, Creole, Russian) a plus
