If you are a licensed insurance professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.Compensation PackageSalary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a mix of personal and commercial insurance accounts, including high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized businesses.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues promptly.Actively pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency's $4 million premium book.Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business until a personal renewal portfolio is established.Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or service. Experience with Safeco, Travelers, Hartford, Foremost, or Progressive is a plus.Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZLynx software is preferred but not required.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused mindsetTeam-oriented with a collaborative attitudeSales-driven and motivated to achieve targetsAdaptable and able to thrive in a small business environment
