OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and passionate Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring our kitchen meets strict health and food safety standards.ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Prep, season, and cook menu items according to our established recipes and standards.Quality Control: Ensure every dish is plated perfectly, portioned correctly, and served at the right temperature.Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, sanitary workspace by following all health codes, safety regulations, and cleaning schedules.Team Collaboration: Assist prep cooks, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely dinner services.Requirements & Qualifications-Proven experience as a Chef, Line Cook, or in a similar culinary role.-Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and standard commercial kitchen equipment.-Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.-Current local certifications (e.g., ServeSafe Food Handler or Manager Certification).-Ability to stand for long periods of time.
