Senior Software Development Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Accelerators

Overview In this role you will own end-to-end SoC functional models for AWS’s ML accelerator hardware, collaborating across architecture, RTL, verification, emulation, and software teams. You’ll advance modeling infrastructure, tooling, and performance to scale models used by internal customers. You’ll work within Annapurna Labs to shape silicon and software that accelerate ML workloads, contributing to high-quality, maintainable codebases. This position offers hands-on modeling across C++, SystemC, and Python in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
