Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Job Responsibilities Develop positive relationships with drivers and customers to increase overall retention. Assist Aggregate Dispatch1 with inbound customer and driver calls. Ensure jobs and orders are entered timely and accurately into our dispatch systems. Assist with dispatching company drivers and sub-haulers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, truck specifications, specialized training requirements and/or availability. Ensure special instructions and/or site-specific requirements are relayed to company drivers, sub-haulers. Communicate information to supervisors, drivers, and/or sub-haulers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system. Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day. Customer Service follow up as needed. Schedule: Monday-Friday w/ a rotating on-call weekend schedule Perform other duties as assigned by management team. Qualifications Commitment to exceeding expectations. Intermediate to advance skill set of Microsoft Office. Excellent Communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to respond effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Pre-employment drug test required. Schedule Monday – Friday Rotating weekends (on-call phone)
