**Our Madison, MS firm is seeking professionals to join our growing practice. Our representatives strive to understand their clients' goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive solutions that will help their clients reach financial success.
Even if you have no previous finance experience, we will help nurture and develop your sales and planning talents through our top training program. Our training programs have been nationally ranked and awarded as top training programs throughout the country.
You will be given the autonomy to build your own practice while receiving support and guidance from our firm's exceptional network of financial specialists, training and educational programs, and mentors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Building a referral-based practice
Connecting with potential clients; being sensitive to their needs and true desires
Serve as the connection to your clients and collaborate with our financial planning team, mentors, and specialists to developing tailored solutions
Training and guidance from our leadership team and individual mentors
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
History of proven success
Bachelor's degree or higher
A pleasant attitude and dependable judgment
Values of integrity and honesty
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Ability to work independently with a go-getter mindset
