The team builds and maintains key relationships with C-level executives and Travel Directors at Global 500 companies, positioning the organization as a trusted partner in corporate travel management.Role Description The Front Desk Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for guests and clients. Daily tasks include managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating reservations and appointments, and responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. The Front Desk Agent will maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, support administrative tasks such as handling mail and messages, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a polished, service-oriented approach and a strong commitment to creating a positive guest and client experience.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with the ability to manage a busy front desk professionally and efficiently.Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with clear, courteous, and professional verbal and written communication.Experience handling Reservations and appointment scheduling, with attention to accuracy, timeliness, and guest preferences.Ability to maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area while managing multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency with basic office software and reservation or booking systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes.Strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential information and high-profile clients.Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or a front desk/reception role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or business is a plus.
