BCF Analyst

BALANCE CARRIED FORWARD ANALYST Department: Single Family Wage: $14.50 + Performance Bonus Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Overview Balance Carried Forward (BCF) Analysts research past due balances and transfers to determine why accounts are delinquent. You are also responsible to resolve these issues and ensure client accounts are current and in good-standing. As you solve these problems quickly, you will help prevent costly late fees. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to quickly resolving client issues and developing career paths. Responsibilities Coordinate with utility providers to ensure client accounts are current Resolve outstanding balances Find errors in misapplied payments Document errors and causes of previous balances in Conservice database Medium phone usage-more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers. Qualifications Clear and professional written and verbal communication Composed and positive during difficult conversations Self motivated to find the “why” behind the problem You're committed to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software. Manage time and prioritize workload to meet goals and deadlines Willing to learn and adapt to new processes Attention to detail Requirements: Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent
