Physical Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Better Step Therapy. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care in various settings such as Assistant Living centers and home community care. Experience in pediatrics, trigger point therapy, and orthopedics is highly desirable. Duties - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist - Experience in hospital, outpatient, and home community care settings - Proficiency in trigger point therapy and orthopedics - Strong knowledge of medical terminology - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients through exceptional physical therapy care.
