This individual partners closely with hiring leaders, using data, creativity, and relationship-driven strategies to attract and close high-impact talent.This role requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who excels at identifying talent who may not be actively seeking new opportunities and effectively utilizes Paylocity as the applicant tracking system.What Sets You Up For SuccessYou enjoy proactive sourcing and relationship buildingYou thrive in a consultative partnership with hiring managersYou look beyond job postings to uncover hidden talentYou take ownership of outcomes and the candidate experienceKey ResponsibilitiesFull Life Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, priorities, and candidate profilesLead intake conversations and define sourcing strategies and timelinesCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the processMaintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Paylocity ATSPassive Sourcing & Talent AttractionExecute targeted sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talentSource candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreachDevelop compelling outreach messaging based on candidate motivation and market insightsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCandidate Experience & Employer BrandDeliver a positive and consistent candidate experience through timely, high-touch engagementTailor candidate and interview experiences by role and levelDevelop clear, competitive job postings and job descriptionsRepresent The Bay Family of Companies professionally in all candidate interactionsInterview, Selection & Offer ManagementScreen candidates through resume reviews and phone or virtual interviewsAdvise hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate evaluationDrive the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and offer lettersCompliance, Systems & Continuous ImprovementEnsure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policiesUse Paylocity to support recruitment tracking and reportingStay current on recruiting trends, labor markets, and sourcing best practicesRecommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experienceRequirementsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, preferredTwo (2) or more years of HR experience, required.Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates through creative sourcingExperience managing full life cycle recruitment across multiple rolesConfidence managing offers and candidate closureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilitiesWorking knowledge of ATS platforms, preferably PaylocitySolid understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniquesProficient with Microsoft Office or related toolsFamiliar with a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting methodologiesBenefitsAt The Bay Family of Companies, we believe in taking care of our employees.
