This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and problem-solving and wants to grow into a more advanced maintenance or leadership role, mentoring less experienced technicians.What You’ll DoComplete service requests and work orders across multiple properties Lead and assist with unit turns, rehab projects, and capital improvements Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Support preventive maintenance programs and property inspections Partner with Regional and Property Managers on maintenance budgets and planning Manage vendors and assist with project bidding and execution Assist in maintaining organized shops, tools, and inventory across sites Participate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance coverage as neededWhat You Bring3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Experience with unit turns, service requests, and general maintenance Working knowledge of: HVAC systems Plumbing (including copper pipe work) Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Appliances and water heaters (gas & electric) Drywall, painting, and basic carpentry Ability to work independently across multiple locations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead projects and support team members when neededEPA Card RequiredCPO preferred, will help certify if you have pool experienceHVAC Certificate preferredCompensation, Benefits & Perks! $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 salary 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match Paid Training programs Tuition Reimbursement program Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid ½ day Holidays, or Work Anniversary Off 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks’ pay bonus (Stay Bonus) Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees FREE basic Dental insurance for employees, buy up available FREE basic life insurance for employees, buy up available Vision & additional benefit plans for employees, +Spouse, +Children available. 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, 100% discount after 10 years, (Subject to terms and resident selection criteria) Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 annually!
