Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a skilled professional in Sisterlocks™️, Brotherlocks™️, and Interlocks, located in Milwaukee, WI. The responsibilities of this role include consultation with clients to understand their hair needs, performing locking techniques like Sisterlocks™️, Brotherlocks™️, and Interlocks, maintaining and retightening locks, and educating clients on proper hair care and maintenance. The professional will also play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment for all clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Sisterlocks™️, Brotherlocks™️, and Interlocks techniquesExperience in maintaining and retightening locking styles and natural hair careCustomer service skills, including consultation, communication, and maintaining a client-focused approachAttention to detail and ability to work with diverse hair texturesCertification in Sisterlocks™️ or other relevant haircare training is a plusAbility to work independently and follow professional health and safety guidelinesExperience in providing an inclusive and welcoming environment
