Job Duties/Roles
· Design, develop, test .NET desktop applications for engineering calculations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and create modularize software code.
· Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices and habits.
· To ensure that the development and unit testing is in accordance with established standards.
· Participate in reviews of solution designs and related code.
· Analyze and resolve technical and application problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Package and support deployment of releases.
Required Skills
· Expert in .NET/C#
· Visual Studio 2019+
· Azure DevOps – CI/CD, GitHub
· Unit Testing the Code using VS Tools
Highly Desired Skills
· Basic understanding on Engineering concept and calculations
· Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
· Scrum Certified
· Familiar with ship structures, CAD or finite element approach are a strong plus
