We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, along with proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and driving technical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologiesArchitect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systemsDevelop and manage microservices-based architecturesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOpsPerform code reviews , enforce coding standards, and ensure best practicesMentor and guide junior and mid-level developersDesign and develop RESTful APIs and backend servicesOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliabilityEnsure proper CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategiesParticipate in system design discussions and technical decision-makingRequired Skills & Qualifications8+ years of strong experience in Java developmentExpertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring CloudStrong experience in Microservices ArchitectureHands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST)Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience with Kafka / messaging systemsKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system designExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with security practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in event-driven architectureExposure to Reactive Programming (WebFlux)Knowledge of GraphQLExperience with performance tuning and monitoring toolsPrior experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsLead and mentor engineering teamsDrive architectural decisions and technical strategyEnsure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEligibility CriteriaCandidates must be authorized to work in the USA ( H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC )Willingness to relocate within the USA or work across major statesNoteNo C2C / consultancy / marketing profiles will be consideredIf you are interested in getting into a full-time opportunity, kindly shoot your resumes at Karthik.n@precisiontechcorp.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
