National reach. The Opportunity Single-tenant net lease industrial is one of the most durable and least efficiently brokered segments in commercial real estate. That inefficiency is the opportunity — and we've built a platform specifically to exploit it. We are adding one broker to own STNL industrial nationally. You will originate, develop, and close a national pipeline of STNL industrial transactions — owner outreach, seller conversations, pricing, deal structuring, and execution. Full cycle. End to end. Working directly alongside principals, not layered beneath them. Here is what matters about this seat: the infrastructure is already built. The proprietary tenant and owner databases, the repeat institutional and private equity buyer relationships, the origination systems, the playbook — all of it exists. Most platforms ask you to build those things yourself over years. This one doesn't. You walk in and start finding deals. The system handles the rest. Who We're Looking For Two to five years in investment sales, net lease, or industrial CRE. Enough reps to have developed real instincts — for deals, for owners, for when to push and when to wait. Net lease retail, capital markets, industrial leasing, and investment sales backgrounds all translate directly. The asset class specifics can be learned quickly by the right person. The instincts can't. You produce well in lean, high-output environments. You are self-directed. You are motivated by what closes, not by what's on your business card. Compensation & Trajectory Commission-based. Senior splits.
