The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations in the office. You will perform a variety of tasks, including handling clerical duties, supporting staff, and assisting in day-to-day activities.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.Support the coordination of office events and meetings.Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the office.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.Salary: $750 - $1100 per weekJob Posted by ApplicantPro
