Slot Floor Supervisor

• Excellent internal/external guest service. • Accurately pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to guest and complete required written documentation. • Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams and maintain operation of ticket dispensers. • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, gaming regulations, and company facilities. • Participates in soft drop/count as needed. • Protect company assets.
