Paramedic, LPN or EMTWe are seeking a Paramedic/Clinician with strong IV skills to support our interventional psychiatric treatments. This role independently manages IV placement for Ketamine infusions and assists with TMS and Spravato treatments. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.ResponsibilitiesStart peripheral IVs and manage Ketamine infusionsMonitor patients and document in Athena EMRAdminister TMS sessions and Spravato per REMS protocolPrepare charts, complete treatment notes, and follow up with patientsSupport psychiatrists with patient communicationMaintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and manage suppliesQualificationsActive Paramedic certification (NREMT-P or state equivalent)ACLS and BLS requiredStrong IV placement and infusion experience12 years clinical experience preferredExperience in psychiatric, infusion, or specialty outpatient care is a plusEMR experience; Athena preferredStrong clinical judgment, compassion, and professionalism
