YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statementsFacilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motivesPresents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interestsOffers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the orderConducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers.
