We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect.ResponsibilitiesWork under moderate supervision of nursing and medical staff to perform duties which include assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs. Observe patients’ progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurse or other medical staff. Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests. Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties. Measure and record patients' intake and output and other measurements in accordance with unit routines, assist patients with range of motion, and draw blood.QualificationsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic Life SupportPreferred Job RequirementsDemonstrated proficiency in phlebotomyCompletion of approved CNA, PCT or paramedic certification or currently enrolled in nursing schoolTwo (2) years of experience in acute or long-term care
