The ideal candidate will not only navigate complex strategic landscapes but also dive into the technical details, from DevSecOps to cloud technologies and beyond. The ideal candidate should be someone who thrives in solving intricate technical challenges while keeping an eye on broader product and business objectives. If you're passionate about making a tangible impact on significant projects and are ready to lead both in strategy and technical depth, we want to hear from you.POSITION REQUIREMENTSExperience: 10+ years in technology roles with a focus on ICAM, agile software development, or digital transformation projects. Prior leadership experience in a similar capacity is essential.Technical Expertise: Broad and deep knowledge of modern technology landscapes, including DevSecOps practices, cloud computing, various frontend and backend technologies, and cybersecurity principles. Specific experience with ICAM solutions is strongly preferred.Agile Mastery: Proven track record of implementing and leading agile development practices across multiple teams. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate business needs into technology strategies and solutions. Experience developing product roadmaps and executing long-term technology visions.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
