Manufacturing Engineer III
Lead process flow, fixture, and tooling design to improve efficiency and product quality
Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and controls systems to support automation
Drive planning efforts, capital projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives
Create, modify, and manage CAD models and technical documentation
Manage engineering change processes (ECNs/ECRs) and apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
Lead and support continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and CI projects
Evaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing tools
Provide hands‑on engineering support to resolve complex production issues
Mentor junior engineers and peers, sharing technical expertise and best practices
Own deliverables, communicate progress clearly, and demonstrate ongoing professional growth
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Technical Skills
Strong manufacturing data analysis skills; able to interpret production trends, metrics, and variances to support process improvement
Advanced proficiency in PLC design, programming, and troubleshooting for automated manufacturing systems
Expert-level experience with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, including complex 3D models, assemblies, and drawings
Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and aligning projects with business objectives
Clear, confident communicator across all levels of an organization
Able to adapt messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences
Provides constructive feedback and facilitates productive collaboration
