Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global COO/Partner at Wester Consulting Group LLC, based in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Global COO/Partner will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global operations, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment across regional branches. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-level business activities, supporting key project implementations, fostering partnerships, streamlining operations, and driving growth strategies. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in operational management, strategic planning, and business oversight.Expertise in consulting services across sectors such as technologies, life sciences, federal programs, or international organizations.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills tailored for global partnerships.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.Ability to manage hybrid team environments and balance on-site and remote workflows effectively.Proficiency in analyzing corporate performance metrics and implementing effective policies for growth and compliance.Experience working in multicultural or international business environments is highly preferred.Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an asset.
