Responsible for managing customer pick-up (CPU) tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, and ensuring accurate communication regarding order status and delivery readiness.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery schedulingManage and track CPU tickets; coordinate with production on timelinesCoordinate UPS and freight shipments, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase ordersConfirm delivery readiness with customers prior to shipmentGenerate daily CPU reports and maintain documentationSupport shipping operations and coordinate with loaders for staged pick-upsRespond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional mannerPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
