Regional Director of Operations

GRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for aRegional Director of Operationsin thePhiladelphia areafor a fast-growing provider of ABA Therapy. Their mission is to provide early intervention (2-18 years old) autism/ABA Therapy services via Centers/Clinical and Community settings.The Regional Director of Operations (RDO), reporting to the corporate COO, provides operational and people leadership to their Clinical Directors and are responsible for driving successful clinical and operational outcomes. They will build relationships with team members and clients/families to provide effective guidance and motivation to achieve treatment goals.The RDO oversees 8-12 clinics and isremote/home-basedbut requires the RDO to live in the local market.The region requires travel to local clinics 1-2 days/week, no overnight travel is required.ABA industry is preferred, but the company will consider candidates with experience in other multi-site healthcare specialties.Relocation assistance is offered to qualified candidates outside of the region.Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day regional operations by managing team member utilization to ensure clinical capacity and positive client outcomes are met. Manage administrative operations and local team members (Clinical Directors & Operations Managers). Establish positive team culture to retain team members. Monitor productivity and hold the teams professionally accountable to goals. Report out the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of their region. Monitor and analyze each clinic’s financial and operational metrics, adjusting if necessary Strategize with corporate team members to facilitate clinic and market growth. Participate in the yearly budgeting process and monthly P&L reviews with executive leadership. Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations. Travel to each clinic in the region regularly to provide in-person support. Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families. Ensure highest quality client care to meet company standards.Requirements 5 years of experience in Multi-Site Healthcare Operations leadership ABA industry experience is preferred but will consider other multi-site healthcare specialties Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Financial experience in annual budgeting Understanding and use of Operational Analytics/KPIs to analyze and drive performance. History of building relationships and coaching teams. Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
