This role goes beyond training camps. It is about leading people, driving results, building trust, and living the standard we hold ourselves to every single day. The Lead Trainer works closely with the Operations Manager as a true team to grow membership, develop trainers, and create an exceptional experience for every member.TRAINING COMMITMENT & SCHEDULETrain 15 to 18 camps per weekThis role requires early morning shifts starting as early as 4:30 AM, evening shifts ending around 8:00 PM, and some SaturdaysWe are not open on Sundays with the exception of occasional special member eventsConsistent, reliable presence that our members and team can count on every single dayTEAM LEADERSHIPLead and oversee the trainer team, setting the tone for culture, performance, and accountabilityProvide consistent, candid feedback to trainers and hold the team to our core values standardOnboard new trainers and integrate them into our culture from day oneLead weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings to keep everyone aligned and moving forwardFacilitate and oversee the member focus meeting experienceMEMBERSHIP GROWTH & RETENTIONWork hand in hand with the Operations Manager as a true team to grow and retain the gym membership baseActively contribute to membership sales strategy and member experience initiativesComfortable having membership conversations with members and prospectsTrack key metrics and report regularly to ownership and the Operations ManagerNUTRITION PRODUCTS & RETAILDrive the direction of our nutrition product offerings across the teamKeep the team educated, engaged, and intentional about the products we offer and how we present them to membersLead the retail vision alongside the Operations ManagerEVENTS & COMMUNITYPlan and execute gym events that energize the community and keep members connected and excitedSOCIAL MEDIA As Lead Trainer, you are a face of our brand.
