With 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, this role serves as a subject-matter expert on the production floor, supporting productivity, quality, and continuous improvement efforts while mentoring less experienced assemblers.QualificationsProficiency with Hand Tools and Power ToolsExperience in Mechanical Assembly and Soldering techniquesStrong Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and ability to follow technical instructionsFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and safety protocolsProblem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy componentsPrevious experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus
