At Beyond Oil, we are committed to delivering impactful and sustainable advancements in the food industry.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a high-energy, deal-closing Distributor Sales Development Manager to own and accelerate our rollout through the largest U.S. broadliners in the California market, with some additional support outside the area.This is a hands-on, in-the-field sales position focused on daily selling, opening doors, closing deals, and driving massive volume through our distribution partners.QualificationsDay-to-day sales execution - cold/warm calling, in-person visits, ride-alongs with Sales districts, presenting to operators, running live fryer demosClosing deals - launch pilots, convert pilots to full adoption and rollout across CMU and National Accounts,Managing broadliners - build and own relationships with key OpCo buyers, DSMs, sales consultants, and corporate procurement teams and clientsCovering large territory - heavy regional and some national travel (multiple states, approximately 1-2 weeks per month outside local area) to hit high-velocity targetsPilot Program Management - Design, implement, and manage pilot trials with restaurant and commercial kitchen customers, demonstrating the value proposition of our product in real-world settings."Train the Trainer" Program - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to customer staff, enabling them to effectively utilize and champion our product internally.Project Management & Coordination - Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, utilizing project management apps and software to track progress, ensure timely execution, and mitigate risks.Proven broadline foodservice sales experience - 5+ years selling into Sysco, US Foods, PFG, GFS, Ben E. Keith, Shamrock, similar or having worked at a broadlinerBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
