Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.Program ManagerDallas, TX (5 days onsite in a week)12 + MonthsWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with successful execution across multiple teams.This is a business-side program leadership role supporting Commercial functions. The preferred candidate will have a strong airline commercial technology background and the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively. Experience with commercial platforms such as PSS, revenue management, distribution, loyalty, AirVision, or SabreSonic will be especially relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership• Lead and manage multiple strategic programs and initiatives from inception through completion.• Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics to support delivery of business objectives.• Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution.• Monitor program performance and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.Stakeholder Management• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.• Build strong relationships across all organizational levels and ensure clear, timely communication.Delivery Execution• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests.• Establish and track key performance indicators, KPIs, and business outcomes.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices across programs.Business and Technology Alignment• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities, and implementation strategies.• Support organizational change management and user adoption activities.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale initiatives.• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Core Competencies• Change management• Executive communication• Leadership team collaboration• Problem solving and decision makingDroisys is an equal opportunity employer.
