Job DescriptionLarge Market Commercial Lines ProducerJob SummarySeeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Large Market Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in collaborating with clients, building strong relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions for large market businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective large-market clients to drive new business.Collaborate with businesses to identify their insurance needs and provide innovative risk management solutions.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.Work closely with internal underwriters, brokers, and account management teams to structure and negotiate insurance policies.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.Stay informed regarding market trends, competitors, and new insurance products or offerings to provide clients with the best options.Meet or exceed sales goals and business development objectives.Qualifications/RequirementsProven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or in a similar insurance sales role, with a focus on large market clients.Hold and maintain a valid insurance producer's license (or the ability to obtain one within a specified period).In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and their applications, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and specialty coverages.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options.Self-starter with a commitment to achieving individual and team goals in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM and insurance software tools is preferred.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.
