Laborer / Groundskeeper

Job Description Parr’s Enterprises is looking for a dependable, self-motivated, hardworking Laborer / Groundskeeper to join our growing team. This position involves both field work and upkeep of our shop/property operations. This is a hands-on job working in plumbing, sewer, water, wells, excavation, and general property maintenance. Responsibilities: • Digging, shoveling, and assisting with excavation work • Assisting with installation of sewer, water, and drainage piping • Working in crawl spaces, trenches, and confined spaces when required • Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean • Driving company trucks and pulling trailers to and from job sites • Running parts and picking up materials/equipment • Inventory check-in, organization, and shop upkeep • Mowing, weed eating, and maintaining company property • Assisting plumbers, operators, and crew members with daily tasks • Helping keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and ready to work Requirements: • Strong work ethic and reliability • Must be self-sufficient and able to stay productive without constant supervision • Must show up on time and ready to work every day • Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly • Comfortable working in all weather conditions • Comfortable working in mud, trenches, crawl spaces, and physically demanding environments • Valid driver’s license required • Clean background check required • Experience pulling trailers is a plus • Plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or construction experience preferred.
