Animal Food ManufacturingAdministration of Human Resource ProgramsEmployment ServicesGasoline StationsSpecialty (except Psychiatric and Substance Abuse) HospitalsThe Procurement Trainer is responsible for educating new and existing staff on Procurement procedures and client-specific protocols.This is an onsite position.Essential Functions & Responsibilities Responsible for Training of New Staff in the Following Areas:New hire orientation, including company and departmental policiesSetup and proper use of communication tools MedCheck Select systemSpecific client systems used in the Procurement processPre-/Post-Training Responsibilities:Maintain all training guidesRemain available to teams for questionsUpdate the manager and/or supervisor on all trainees’ progressConduct periodic refresher classes as neededGeneral Procurement Support:Assist Support Team with quality control, distribution, email, and documenting proceduresAssist co-workers, supervisor, or management to accomplish product goals and identify any potential issues in a proactive mannerMaintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of communicationsThis position requires 30 percent travel as neededAdditional duties as assignedKnowledge & SkillsMust have the ability to lead and manage a class of new and existing employeesHIPAA compliance knowledgeEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn rapidly and develop understanding of changesExcellent typing skills, minimum of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracyGood organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesAttention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in a team environment as a strong team player and leaderEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent2 years’ experience in a professional office environmentPay RangeCorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
