Maintenance Journeyman

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairs
Install, modify, and upgrade machinery and facility systems as required
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures
Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS or ERP system
Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance team members
Support emergency and off-shift maintenance needs as required
Qualificationsarrow_right
Journeyman certification or equivalent combination of training and experience
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
Ability to troubleshoot independently and make sound technical decisions
Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and automation systems
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
