This role supports in vitro and ex vivo studies through hands-on cell biology and molecular biology work, contributing to target identification and validation.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mammalian cell culture, including isolation and culture of primary cellsExecute and analyze cell-based and molecular assays (e.g., qPCR, enzyme assays)Process tissue samples for protein and mRNA downstream applicationsSupport assay optimization, troubleshooting, and data interpretationMaintain accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and documentationAssist with data presentation, reporting, and lab instrument maintenanceQualificationsMS in Biology + 2+ years experience OR BS in Biology + 4+ years experienceHands-on experience with mammalian cell culture (primary cells preferred)Experience with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, or flow cytometryStrong foundation in cell and molecular biology principlesAbility to work independently, troubleshoot, and manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and communication skillsCompensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $35–$40/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
