Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Seasonal Leasing Agent role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Seasonal Leasing Agent will assist in leasing residential properties, managing lease preparation, and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, assisting with lease administration, responding to tenant inquiries, and supporting the property management team in maintaining high occupancy levels. The role involves direct interaction with potential tenants, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and professionally. Qualifications Experience in Residential Leasing and Property ManagementProficiency in Lease Administration and managing leasesStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clientsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of local real estate markets and regulations is a plusAvailability for flexible working hours, including weekendsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
