Our teams operate with ownership, trust, and direct access to decision makers.We are building long-term leaders, not just filling seats.About the RoleThe Senior Estimator leads the detailed pricing of large, complex design-build projects. This role is responsible for both conceptual estimates during project development as well as assembling complete, accurate, and competitive project pricing for final GMP or lump sum proposals.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed trade scopes and bid packagesSolicit, qualify, and manage subcontractor bid coverageLevel subcontractor proposals for scope alignment and completenessIdentify scope gaps, overlaps, and constructability concernsBuild detailed project budgets and cost summariesPrepare clear assumptions, clarifications, and exclusionsSupport value engineering and cost refinement during design developmentCoordinate clean turnover to project management and field teamsWhat Makes This Opportunity DifferentWork directly with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Operations in an integrated design-build modelPrice technically demanding industrial facilities with complex structural, civil, and MEP scopesOperate in a collaborative, performance-driven culture with accessible leadershipHybrid flexibility with intentional work-life balanceClear growth trajectory within a growing industrial firmQualifications5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction3+ years of dedicated estimating experience assembling detailed project pricingGround-up project experience for facilities exceeding $10 million in construction valueWell-rounded construction trade knowledge in commercial or industrial projectsExperience soliciting, evaluating, and leveling subcontractor bidsDesign-build experience preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Opportunity begins with dialogue.
