Project Coordinator - Hybrid Schedule
The Project Coordinator attends meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. Prepare project organization and communication charts. Distribute minutes to all project team members. Track the progress and quality of work being performed effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team. Review field reports from throughout the life cycle of the project. Maintain Tracking Log, Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database. Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
Developing project strategies as necessary to ensure project success for the organization
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, milestones, and important deadlines
Ensuring important milestones and deadlines are met and creating alternative plans and project updates if deadlines are adjusted
Organizing, attending, participating, and recording important project meetings
Preparing presentation materials and information for meetings
Developing timelines, milestones and deadlines for projects
Documenting, assigning and following up on important action items and decisions from meetings
Assess project risks and provide solutions
Business Reporting/Technical Support
Develop project framework and documentation utilizing project calendar, timeline charts, lists and various Microsoft programs to ensure goals and objectives are met
Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
Develop a project management calendar for each project and update on a regular basis
Ensure action items are completed
Teamwork
Ensure project action items are completed by individuals and departments involved in projects
Develop and implement regular communication strategy to connect and collaborate with internal departments for project success
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related is preferred
Project Management certification is desirable
Knowledge & Experience
3+ years’ experience in related field
Microsoft Office Suite skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Tasks & Outlook)
3+ years of customer operations experience
Good presentation and formal proposal skills
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft project (desired) and Jira/Confluence)
Previous project coordination or relevant experience is a plus

Hybrid schedule available once training is completed (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Sitting for extended periods of time
