Server Engineer II

Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by supporting and modernizing network platforms and infrastructure for the organization. This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Carthage, MO.So, what will you be doing as a Server Engineer II?Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources including virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage accountsMonitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application InsightsAssist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutionsManage patching, updates, and lifecycle maintenance for our server and cloud infrastructureTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure issuesEnforce security best practices, policies, and compliance standardsOptimize cloud usage and spending through Azure Cost Management, budgeting, and toolsCollaborate with development teams, security teams, and IT operations to support application and infrastructure needsDocument configurations, operational procedures, and runbooksAssist with cloud migrations from on-premises or other cloud platformsTo Be Successful In This Role, You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 3 years of hands-on experience administering server and Microsoft Azure environmentsStrong understanding of:Azure IaaS and PaaS servicesNetworking concepts (VNets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, NSGs)Identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access)Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administrationFamiliarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI)Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practicesExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting toolsUnderstanding of backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategiesThings We Consider a PlusAzure Certification - AZ-104: Microsoft Azure AdministratorExperience with:Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)Hybrid cloud environmentsCloud financial management / FinOpsApplication platforms including containers and KubernetesFamiliarity with industry compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, HIPAA, etc.) What To Do NextNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
