DB2 Data EngineerLong TermRemote - Houston, Texas.Required skills:Develop and maintain various database applications on the IBM iseries platform, utilizing dynamic SQL, convert RPG code to sql stored procedures, performance tuning, logging and exception handling.Expert SQL stored procedures, development experience in db2 IBM iseries platform. Please note that this is a MUST. If they just have embedded SQL and RPG experience, we are not going to move them to an interview.Able to read RPGIV, RPGLE, RPGFree programs, embedded SQLConversion/modernization experience from RPG to SQL stored procedures in db2 IBM tools such as Aldon, RDI, ACS etcApplication development experience interacting with front end using REST APIs, Jsonexposure to python, microservices, VS code IDE developmentgit source control and integration
