Construction Project Manager / Estimator – Civil Ellsworth, Maine | Full-Time Iron Coast Construction is a civil contractor based in Ellsworth, Maine, and we’re looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. Our projects include site work, earthwork, utilities, and infrastructure—all within about one hour of Ellsworth. What You’ll Do Prepare estimates and bids for civil construction projects Manage projects from award through completion Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing Coordinate with field crews, subs, owners, and engineers Track schedules, costs, RFIs, and change orders Support superintendents and foremen in the field What We’re Looking For Experience in civil construction (estimating and/or project management) Ability to read plans and specs Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive salary, typically ranging from $75,000–$100,000+, depending on experience.
