Job DescriptionIndustrial Electrician - Macon, ILThis is a full-time, non-exempt positionPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This position is focused on industrial environments such as plants, facilities, and heavy equipment sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently in demanding industrial settings.Position Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipmentPerform conduit running (EMT, rigid, and PVC) in industrial environmentsTroubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, motors, and control circuitsRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line drawingsInstall and terminate panels, disconnects, MCCs, motors, and industrial lightingWork safely around live equipment, machinery, and production areasFollow all site-specific safety procedures and company policiesCoordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other tradesPosition Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical experienceProven ability with conduit running and electrical troubleshootingStrong understanding of industrial electrical systems and safety practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and consistent attendanceMust have own basic hand toolsPreferred (Not Required):* Experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, or control panels* Plant maintenance or heavy industrial construction experienceBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesHealth benefits and paid time offLong-term, steady work with advancement opportunitiesADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:104714BR
