Outbound Sales Associate

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.The Outbound Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the sales leadership team. This role is crucial for driving growth by initiating high-quality conversations, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team.LocationFully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM ESTKey ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to U.S.-based executives (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders)Lead concise, value-driven discovery conversationsQualify prospects based on need, authority, timing, and strategic fitAppointment SettingSchedule meetings for the sales leadership teamEnsure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales teamObjection Handling & Sales ProgressionConfidently handle objections and move conversations forwardLog detailed notes, insights, and next steps in the CRMMaintain organized records of all interactionsCollaboration & MessagingWork with leadership to refine talk tracks and objection handlingAlign outreach efforts with marketing campaignsQualificationsExperience2–4+ years in Sales Development or Business Development, focusing on the U.S. marketExperience selling complex services (consulting, marketing, creative, or agency services)SkillsStrong verbal and written communication (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, MEDDICC)Ability to run insight-led discovery and executive-level conversationsProficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Resilient and coachable in a phone-first sales environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsWhat Success Looks LikeMeeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targetsSmoothly qualifying prospects and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales teamPositive feedback from leadership and teammates on communication and professionalismWell-documented CRM activity contributing to a healthy sales pipelineOpportunityThis role provides the chance to contribute significantly to a growing sales organization by developing strong outbound and discovery skills, working closely with senior leadership, and playing a key role in generating new business opportunities.About The Product & Sales PhilosophyOur client’s sales approach focuses on deep understanding of a prospect’s challenges to create meaningful conversations.
