I’m currently partnered with a leading design-build contractor in Orlando who are looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineering Manager / Chief Project Engineer.This is a senior leadership position within the Engineering Department, overseeing project engineering delivery across large-scale commercial and multi-story construction projects.The role will involve leading a team of engineers, reviewing designs and drawings, managing project schedules, budgets and resources, and coordinating closely with construction, manufacturing and other internal departments to ensure projects are delivered successfullyIdeal backgroundDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering7+ years’ structural engineering experiencePrecast / prestressed concrete experienceMulti-story commercial construction experiencePrevious leadership or personnel management experienceDesign-build experience would be highly beneficialPackage includesCompetitive base salary401(k) with company matchHealth, dental and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityLong-term career progression
