Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP of People. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the executive team. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong presence and discretion and an intentional focus on enabling efficiency for executive leaders.Executive SupportManage calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflictsCoordinate meetings, including logistics, catering, materials, registrations and follow-up actionsKeep executives on schedule with calendar requirementsScreen and manage incoming calls and correspondencePrepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentationsHandle confidential information with discretionRe-directs non-executive tasks to enable maximum effectiveness and efficiency for executive team.Travel and Expense CoordinationCoordinate travel arrangements, meeting space, facility logistics, and cateringMay be asked to prepare and manage travel itineraries for executives and board membersProcess expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner for executives and board members.Meeting and Event CoordinationSchedule and coordinate internal and external executive meetingsPrepare agendas and meeting materials, may be asked to take meeting notes and track action items. May be asked to follow up with meeting participants to ensure action items are completed by deadlines and in advance of follow-up meetings or deliverables.Management of executive event calendar including internal location visits along with annual scheduling (i.e. strategic planning, budget reviews, talent reviews, etc.)Management of corporate tickets and entertainmentPlan company meetings and eventsGeneral Administrative SupportMaintain organized files, records, and documentsProvide general administrative support to the executive teamServe as a backup for other administrative functions as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience25 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executivesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationProven experience performing with executive poise and professionalismHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to solve problems independentlyCompensation and BenefitsThis is a professional level, exempt position with a base annual salary and the potential for bonus and incentives. The salary range is $65,000 to $85,000 and will depend fully upon skills and experience. The position has the potential to pay more with significant direct experience.This position is eligible to participate in standard benefits which currently include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K with a match and a generous PTO plan.Working ConditionsFull-time position, primarily office based. Flexibility in working hours may be required to support executive schedules and company events. Occasional offsite support may be required for larger events or activities. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., walk, bend, twist, work at a computer, use office equipment like a laptop, printer and telephone. This is an on-site role based in Centennial Colorado, requiring a 5-day standard workweek.Please no agency or headhunter inquiries.
